Inside Sales Associate

A challenging home-based position for a fluent English speaker.


  • Prospecting and identifying opportunities to acquire new business using outbound cold calling and the Internet – this is a “hunter" role
  • Developing the call script, E-mail template, and marketing materials to convey the key messaging for a targeted campaign.
  • Cold-calling key decision makers to set appointments/conference calls for EZSolutionS sales/BD team
  • Timely prequalifying and passing leads to EZSolutionS sales/BD team
  • Maintaining leads database
  • Extensive verbal and written communication with customers and partners
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Strong and pleasant telephone skills, no-fear attitude to cold calling
  • Exceptional self-organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Ability to take initiative, use good judgment, “think outside of the box”, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and carry multiple projects through to completion
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills — Microsoft Office and Internet software

  • Base salary plus bonus. The amount of base salary is determined after the interview
